I have lived in Colorado for more then 25 years. During the first 18 years here I was a custom Homebuilder in the Black Forest area (NE Colorado Springs). I built on average five to six houses a year. The cold weather and growth of Black Forest from a small town to a busy metropolis made me seek out Fremont County and Canon City for it's great weather and small town atmosphere.
I have been a real estate investor for over 30 years, owning and renting single family homes. I can tell you the "ins & outs" of being a landlord and how to make good decisions when buying or selling any kind of property. Today I am a full time Realtor and I like to help my customers make smart decisions with investment property or the family home.
I love Canon City and I am so glad that I moved here. This area has everything from rafting and fishing to two festivals a year with parades. Living here without crime and having a stable economy is just a pleasure.
